How to make Sindhi Biryani:
Ingredients
1: 1 kg beef (with bone)
2: 1/2 kg basmati rice
3: 1 onion chopped
4: 2 tomatoes chopped
5: 2 green chilies chopped
6: 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
7 : 2 tbsp yogurt
8: 3 tbsp oil and butter (mixed)
9: 1 tsp red chili powder, cumin powder and coriander powder
10: 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, black pepper, caraway seeds, cinnamon stick and cloves
11: Mixed herbs to taste and salt to taste
12:3 potatoes half cut
How to prepare the dish?
Wash the meat well and soak in water. This removes all the blood. Marinate with all the spices with yogurt and keep aside. Let it marinate for at least half an hour. Soak rice in water. Half-boil rice, drain excess water and set aside. In a heavy bottomed vessel cook mutton by adding in all the ingredients including onions and tomatoes over low flame until it is tender. When done separate the mutton from broth (any piece of meat will do but since mutton is used well
Granish with Green chili and eggs as you feel more good to see.
